ranch dressing
This one goes out to Anne and Louise…and any other lovers of ranch dressing that might be lurking out there :)

Ranch Dressing
- 1/2 cup 120 mL mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup 120 g sour cream
- 1/2 cup 120 mL buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon 5 mL dry dill
- 1 teaspoon 5 mL dry parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon 1 mL onion powder, or about a tablespoon of white onion, very finely minced
- 1/4 teaspoon 1 mL garlic powder, or one small clove of garlic, very finely minced
- 1/4 teaspoon 1.5 g salt
- 1/8 teaspoon 0.5 mL black pepper
- Whisk together all ingredients.
- Refrigerate for a couple of hours before using, to let the flavors meld.
